This position covers the customer development of a sizable and strategically important channel， which requires high level of internal cross-functional collaboration and external stakeholder engagement. Elevating the quality of dialogue with the customers through the Joint Business Planning (JBP) process， and managing the business KPI with the customers are the two major responsibilities.

・ Create relationships with key accounts and channels by collaborating on new business opportunities
・ Carry out sales forecasts and supply planning， and prepare customer business plans
・ Contribute to consumer sales and promotion activities
・ Drive in-store visibility of our products by working with field merchandizers and wholesalers
・ Review performance against business plans

1. At least 5 years of experience working with an eCommerce company (such as Amazon， Rakutan etc)， a premium brand company (P＆G， Unilever)， or digital advertising agencies. （for eKAM position)
2. He/she should have strong implementation / execution ＆ project management skills. As we are a new ＆ lean team in eCommerce (only the hiring manager + 1 KAM)， the person should be comfortable to take ownership and do tasks on their own (follow up actively with customers or regional team for digital assets， pictures etc). The person should also be able to think strategically and advise the customer on their ecommerce platform.
3. Strong analytical skills ・ able to look into data such as web traffic， conversions etc.
・ At least three years’ experience in account management， including long-term account planning
・ Ability to build sustained relationships with customers such as retailers and wholesalers
・ Exposure to FMCG or branded-goods environment is ideal
・ Background in international or cross-functional environments
・ Knowledge of trade marketing or category management would be an advantage
・ University degree or equivalent professional qualification
