Defines his/her value for stakeholders and customer with purpose and pride
Cultivates and maintains favorable contact with key stakeholders within the organization.
Develops ideas/proposals to create new opportunities for Continental business units with Honda.
Speaks directly with new and existing customers within Honda to explain features and merits of products or services offered.
Answers questions or finds the right stakeholder to answer questions concerning a product or service， with appropriate coordination of sales negotiations where required.
Closes transactions and supports the process to realize business awards.
Supports the investigation and negotiation of product/service warranty claims and legal agreements (non・disclosure， terms ＆ conditions， etc).
Analyzes and interprets records of present and past sales， trends and costs， estimated and realized revenue， administrative commitments， and obligations incurred for management.
To coordinate Continental's Automotive Divisions (C/I/PT) strategies and activities to grow sales revenue at Honda.
Serve as the OEM customer expert within Continental to guide/steer/consult with business units to maximize their probability of successful business interactions with the assigned OEM customer.
Ultimate goal is short term sales in conjunction with long term sustainable growth in sales.
Global sales revenue involvement and support of 850 million Euro with an expected growth that will exceed 1 billion Euro in the near term for automotive business units.
Develops into an expert of Honda business practices and principles and translates into winning alternatives for Continental.
Clear， concise and persuasive communicator of issues and opportunities.
Management of annual cost reductions and negotiations (regional and global alignment).
Crisis management support for current and new business development issues.
Job Requirements Basic Qualifications:
Required Education: Relevant Bachelors degree or Equivalent
Required Experience: Minimum 5 years or Minimum 10 years or more if no relevant Bachelors Degree
Sales and Marketing Activities ・ Capable of leading the effort of matching products and services to prospective needs and/or opportunities， meeting with key decision makers.， using a feature/benefit strategy， addressing objections， and closing/ following up sales
Functional knowledge ・ Ability to apply principles， practices， and standard methodologies of Sales coupled with a knowledge of the standard Marketing programs to provide advisory services. Capable of understand financial information， thinking globally and acting locally， and following industry standards
Microsoft Programs and In・house specialized systems ・ Performs tasks in an autonomous way， applying knowledge in the right way in a variety of situations (presentations， data analysis and different types of charts). Creates templates in a large variety of examples.
Oral and Written communications ・ Plan and deliver oral and written communications that make an impact and persuade their intended audiences. Ability to establish a working relationship with outside agencies， organizations， entities to meet the established needs of each (such as placement of students， staffing needs).
Ability to work with internal and external customers ・ Advanced ability to pro・actively interact with multi・cultural teams with strong interpersonal skills. Strong demonstrated conflict management and negotiation skills.
